Listening to these tracks brings me back to what seems like a lifetime ago.  Paul, Rob, Greg, Chris & I were tired of the prevailing underground acerbic punk rock gales of the mid-nineties and decided to form a band that would present a relief from the yalpy bang bang that most clubs and bars would host.  We thought it would be great fun to be an “Ambient Band.”   Instead of relying on more traditional pop song forms, (i.e. Verse-Chorus-Verse-Chorus-Bridge-Verse-Chorus) we came up with a perplexing, yet intuitive method of crafting music that, at least for us at the time, lay far outside the boundaries of what we had been familiar with.

These are the fruits of those 4 tracked labors.

We made the following recordings in New Jersey.  Most of them at our home base, “The Sandford Space” in New Brunswick NJ, but also in Paul’s mom’s house and Shorefire Recording Studios in Long Branch, NJ.
